What Certification Means
RTM Certification confirms you’ve completed training, demonstrated clinical competency with real cases, and passed a review with an RTM coach. Valid for 2 years, it qualifies you for listing in the public provider directory.
Step-by-Step Process

Complete Training
Attend the 2-day structured RTM training program. Training Certificate is generated upon completion.
- Attendance confirmed → Certificate generated

Treat Two Clients
Apply the RTM Protocol™ with two clients. Upload structured case files through the clinician portal.
- Case 1 reviewed → Case 2 form unlocked

Certification Call
After both cases are submitted, an RTM coach reviews your cases and technique.
- Cases reviewed → Call scheduled

Certification Issued
Upon passing, your RTM Certification is issued (2-year validity). You’re added to the provider directory.
- Certificate issued → Directory listing active
Recertification
RTM Certification is valid for 2 years. As your expiration approaches, you’ll receive automated reminders with clear instructions.
- Reminder sequence begins 90 days before expiration
- Recertification requirements communicated via email
- Continuous access to updated protocol materials
